Whether you have been to therapy before, or are just seeking it out for the first time, taking the initial steps can be hard. My goal is to provide a safe, confidential space where you feel heard, validated and supported. I aim to make the process of attending therapy simple and comfortable so that you feel ready to do the important emotional work you came to do.
